
Gombe State ACReSAL Trains CRF Stakeholders On Development of Business Plan
The Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes – ACReSAL, Gombe State Project Management Unit has trained over 200 stakeholders on the development of business plan as part of preparation for loan disbursement to Community Interest Group (CIGs) under the Community Revolving Funds scheme.
Speaking during the training held at the Education Resource Centre, Gombe, the Gombe State ACReSAL Project Coordinator, Sani Adamu Jauro represented by the CRF Desk Officer, Muhammad Musa Aliyu said the programme was to deepen the understanding of the would-be beneficiaries and build their capacity in developing business for effective utilization of the loans.
In his remarks during the programme the Senior District Head of Gombe commended the state governor and Gombe State ACReSAL for the CRF scheme assuring that the beneficiaries will use the loan to improve their living conditions.
Those trained include members of the Local Government Management Committee (LGPMC), Community Business Agents (CBAs), Core CRF Team, and other critical stakeholders.
Participants were trained on business plans, the concept Mudharaba, and financial management.
