GOMBE STATE ACReSAL PC HARPS ON PROPER EXPECTATIONS MANAGEMENT
The Gombe ACReSAL Project Coordinator, Amb. Sani Adamu Jauro has advised the stakeholders to ensure that the expectations of the project beneficiaries are properly managed for successful implementation.
This came on the heels of a review of the ACReSAL M&E manual as part of the ongoing ACReSAL workshop/clinic in Katsina state.
He said, to mitigate instances of misunderstanding that could jeopardize the project implementation the Beneficiaries Expectations Survey should be carried out at the initial stage of the project, stressing that the Beneficiaries Satisfaction Survey should be conducted at intervals of two-two years of the six years lifespan of the ACReSAL project.
Amb. Sani also emphasized the need for the inclusion of the concept of High Comparative Advantage during the Implementation of the Farmer-Led Irrigation Development (FLID) and Community Revolving Fund (CRF) components of the ACReSAL project.
One of the major highlights of the ACReSAL workshop/clinic was a courtesy call led by Dr, Joy Agene on the Katsina State Governor, RH. Aminu Bello Masari.
Gombe ACReSAL team is represented by the Project Coordinator, Amb. Sani Adamu Jauro, M&E, and GIS Officers at the workshop/clinic billed for 7th – 14th December 2022.
